At Franklin County RWD #4, our goal is to provide safe, clean, sparkling water to all of our residents! 

We have 4 elevated towers & 1 standpipe tower.

2 booster stations, the salesman at the office for bulk water & and a 2 well house's.

We currently have 925 meters we serve within the district.
