Monthly water payments are due in the District office the 15th of each month.

Rural Water District 4, Franklin County offers multiple payment options for our customers. Below are the options available.  Payments are due in the office by the 15th of each month.

Online Bill Payment

To pay your bill online, simply click on the “Online Bill Pay" button and follow the prompts.  We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover and electronic checks.  You will need your account # and amount due.  To use a credit card there is a fee of 2.5% fee and to use a check there is a fee of $1.50.  Feel free to call us with any questions!

Automatic Bank Draft (ACH)

With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account on the 15th of every month. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up ACH, simply fill out the form on our home page and mail, drop off or e-mail to us.  We also need a copy of a voided check. Frcorwd4@yahoo.com

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office at 1506 Old Hwy 50, Williamsburg.  We accept cash, check, or money orders. There is a drop slot available for after-hours payments.
